Services: Digitankit provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website & app development, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, CRM setup and online reputation management, as described on our respective service pages.
Engagements: All service engagements are subject to a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline and fee structure communicated separately via proposal, quotation or contract prior to commencement of work.
Payments: Fees for services are payable as per the agreed schedule. Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is billed and paid directly by the client to the respective platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g. website code, creative assets), excluding any third-party tools, stock assets or proprietary Digitankit frameworks used in the process.
Confidentiality: Digitankit treats all client information, account access and strategic data as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: While we apply industry best practices to every campaign, Digitankit does not guarantee specific results (e.g. exact rankings, ROAS or lead volume) as these depend on multiple external factors including market conditions and platform algorithm changes.
Termination: Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice, subject to settlement of any outstanding fees for work completed.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
